I think overall i enjoy women presenters as well as pundits more than their male counterparts on these shows. They seem to just present professionally and not attempt fucking awful cringe 'banter' the likes of Keyes, Humphries etc. are guilty of.

Nedum is good and I do have a soft spot for Souness.

She was a good player and hopefully, she will be given a chance to be a good pundit, same for Steph Houghton who also talks very well about the game, I hope their City connection doesn't hold them back.

Izzy was bloody excellent. It does help having 4 times the Mips that poor Micah does but she demonstrated a real understanding of the game and interpretation of the events that were taking place on the pitch. The very best female pundit bar none.
