You wont be disappointed ;-)

Seriously has he any pace, cos his dad was/Is slow
In the modern game pace is 95% the footballer.

What I have seen he has everything he needs.

Calling this sort of thing for a 16 year old is a tough one though as he is still growing (AJ was tiny as a footballer at age 16) but I know United think of him very, very highly.

Some of their people are saying he is the best 16 year old they have ever seen.

is he better than lucas piazon ?

Have you been watching Piazon? Gifted yes, but he is hardly setting the U17's tournament alight is he?
To be honest, I don't see the talent everyone sees in Paizon. I have watched 3 games now, and it is all meeh! in my humble opinion. There are superior players on other squads, and even on the Brazilian squad, he doesn't strike me as 1 of the 2 players I'd like to bring to the Prem if I were a coach.

-- Thu Mar 24, 2011 12:34 am --

So in terms of style, is he more Wilshere/McEachran or more Milner/Moses/Connor, coz for me there is a bif difference between the 2.

Rags really rate him

Looks very skillfull with great vision. For several reasons,i'd be more than happy to see this lad at our place.

how much do you think City would offer for a player of his age to take him from United? Would they really sell to City?

I don't see how United will let such a promising youth player go. But for my money the best youth player at United is Paul Pogba. The French kid.

Its about convincing the lad to move from where he is of course.

Why did Sturridge move on when we apparently tried everything to keep him?

yeah Pogba looks a very good player, his Brother plays for my club Wrexham. They have some really good prospects at United in fairness, Morrison, Tunniclife etc also.

-- Thu Mar 24, 2011 8:58 am --

Money would be my answer. He definately had a better chance of making the first team and getting more regular games at City at the time than he would have had at Chelsea.
