Sorry but as a chef every amateur cook telling me about this new discovery that is amazing as a hot snack and look at ypu funny when you say it is jist as nice straitght of the tree raw wants me to punch them.

And don't get me started in people making 'slaw'
I got introduced to it about 5 years ago by a bloke I worked with. He was born in Kerala, India and his family still lived there.

He used to bring loads of stuff into work, especially when his mum and sister used to come over and visit. Best think he ever brought in was fresh Idli and Sambar with lime pickle. The fresh curry leaves in the sambar were a revelation.
