Needs an injury free season and he might well get a few cup games/cameos.

I thought he was caught out of position a few times tonight, but was better on the ball than O’Reilly.

O’Reilly covers the ground better and looks a little more like Rodri in how he shuts space down.

They’ve got a battle to get the back up 6 minutes this season.

you can tell almost immediately this is his position over O'Reilly (not that he cant make it so). Oreilly immediately loks to drive forward with it, Wright sit and recycle or punch a pass through.

would like to see them in a pairing with some decent runners/space.
 


That's kind of a low figure for someone we rated well not that long ago. Must have dropped off in the pecking order.

Yep, it's probably a big fee to Swansea which allows us to include large sell-on and relatively low buy-back options. He's 19 and Swansea's not a bad step up for him at all. Good luck to the lad if he goes.

Very sad, hope we don’t regret it? Seen him a few times and looks exactly what we need now and in the future
