There’s a coffee shop in Altrincham that makes and sells their own Jaffa cake inspired cakes (sponge and syrupy-orange rather than jelly with dark chocolate on top), it’s bloody delicious!

It is a bit, I kind of like that in a cake though. Doesn’t leave me wanting more (I’m a bugger for eating too much!)
