I love these. My local pizza place does a hot and spicy loaded with them. I make chilli and nachos with them. Perfect heat level although I can stomach hot Thai and Indian food.

My favourite is the Naga. Right level of heat and flavour, especially in a curry. But I like chillies throughout the range of the Scoville scale.

Every supermarket I find has the chopped up ones and I'm not a fan
