The majority of journos' are bellends, they are paid to be annoying pricks IT'S THEIR JOB.

I want them asking questions that people want answers to and not to get on their hands and knees asking only questions they're allowed to.

All the attention is part and parcel of being challengers.

If they all fucked off and didn't give a shit about us most on here would be bleating about our lack of media exposure. Deal with it.

I'm with you I want all Journo's to asking difficult questions...We have problem though BaconChops DOESN'T answer difficult Questions because when one asks a difficult question first he looks at them like he'd like to kill him then he turns away and answers a question from someone else! Then he tells one of his bum buddies to ban the /<unt from coming any where near Theatre of debt or any press conference EVER....

James is a friend of mine and is a sound guy. He genuinely wants our club to do well and is
very appreciative of the way people treat him at the club. He covered the recent game in Munich and told me that the City fans there were "class". People need to remember that he is just doing his job and to not get so het up.

NB For the record, James actually supports Ipswich, not the evil empire!

Then you need to ask him would he have said the same to Fergie? If he answers no, which he should, then he was being disrespectful.

Anyway, I thought it was apt, he seems like a mummys boy, does she still pack his lunch?

Fuck Slur Alex, he's a bully and they know he is, that's why they wouldn't have said the same to him.

We though, have a bit more class and a sense of humour and can still deal with them very easily.

The day that whiskey nosed **** is the bench mark for how to deal with the media will be a sad day for football.

I would disagree with you there, with many people respect I know I can have a bit of banter or a bit of a laugh with, but there are also some people who are miserable twats most of the time (Fergie), who you have to watch what you say. Just shows how approachable Mancini is, and how well he handles the press.

Exactly. We're used to being in the spotlight now. We would miss it so much now if it wasn't there. The amount that is written about our club is staggering now compared to even two years ago. Who wants to go back to being forgotten?

I know what you're driving at...but I still think its disrespectful. Redknapp is approachable, would he have said it to him?

They still pepper him with Moderic questions, even now. So yes they would.

And who said they were respectful? They don't respect Baconface they are just plain scared of losing their job if he banned them.

Peppering him with questions is totally different to saying to him 'you sound like my mum' - I don't think he would say it to Redknapp or most of the others

-- Sat Oct 15, 2011 12:42 am --
