Then they said he had died...gutted!!!
Big fan of the Sopranos, and would urge people who have not seen it, to do so!
Me and my mate in work, are always coming out with quotes from the Sopranos..
Was only saying about 3 weeks ago, that he (Gandolfini) makes the Sopranos what it was in many ways!
Keep posting the clips boys....RIP Tony
I've refrained from saying this so far as there's no other way to put it, but with all due respect to Mr Gandolfini, it's a blessing in disguise he won't be able to take on that role again, as the ending should stay the way it is. It also means that no silly film can be made, which would be quite utterly ridiculous.Walkbustaxi said:Top supporting roles in films like True Romance, Crimson Tide, Get Shorty, The Last Castle etc but will always be remembered for being Tony Soprano even by people who've never watched The Sopranos.
The series ending made me feel that Tony Soprano was still alive and well in New Jersey so I guess this means the show is now over. RIP.

Could be, could be that his entire family got whacked, or just Meadow - like you say that's the beauty of it.without a dream said:Pigeonho said:I've refrained from saying this so far as there's no other way to put it, but with all due respect to Mr Gandolfini, it's a blessing in disguise he won't be able to take on that role again, as the ending should stay the way it is. I thought it all pointed to him being dead, that's the brilliance of the ending though, no-on knows for sure.
I think I'm going to have a rewatch of the Soprano's, it's a good few years since I last saw it.
