I have very recently met a a top bloke who has retired from sky sports and is still very much in the loop with his ex employer and co workers. I asked him some questions about Keys and Gray, Spitty, ratboy and sound levels at City games. On spitty,he was a gonna, the team all agreed except the big boss, who interviewed him and spittys excuse for spitting at the youngster was that the rags had been giving him shit all day he then just wants to get home and gets stuck in traffic and even more shit(of course if it was coming from him it would be banter) He snapped lost the plot then spews his bile. He was so apologetic this was accepted by the main man who convinced the team to give him another chance.

So Keys and Gray, we all know Keys is a horrible human being.At Sky he bullied junior members of staff and was allowed to get away with it.One particularly junior slowly progressed in to a senior position and waited for Keys to f***k up which he did with the comments made about the female linesman, bye bye hairy hands.
On the crowd noise I said to him that I have firestick,motorised dish with so many sport channels to choose from so don't bother with Sky or Tnt as not City friendly and mess about with the mikes, he said not aware of any agenda and that he's not noticed any sound issue and it would be the job of the sound mixer to set the levels.
On rat boy,he didn't warrant any action over his recent comments about England flags on Littleton Road on his journey home. Just to be clear this guy worked at Sky headquarters for many years at Sky sports and is as honest as they come, a pleasure to be around.

I thought it was Gray who made the comment about the female ref assistant, saying something along the lines of “come on love, learn the rules” and it was shown she’d made the correct decision
There was an off air clip widely circulated of Hairy hands in the studio with Gray and Rednapp junior and a young female make up assistant was powdering them up. monkey man started to make lewd comments about her and how rednapp should be fucking her and it was this that finished him
