<a class="postlink" href="http://www.legendshm.com/" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;">http://www.legendshm.com/</a> says Dallas FC and Sugarland Skeeters have concessions, event catering and suites looked after by them.

I'll do a bit of digging. Impressive client list at the bottom of the website, but all are American teams

Fair play to the lad, he's the next Delia. Minted from being an average chef (albeit some kitchen experience to Delia's none) He was in the right place at the right time when the Naked Chef came out and he's worked hard from there and took his chance. I don't begrudge him of that.

As for Jamie's Italian... well not for me thanks. You would never find an actual Italian set foot in there (Mr Mancini) too many things on the menu not Italian for a start. San Carlo for me, and i've heard good things about Italia since the relaunch (despite it still looking dated like the former Pizzeria Italia) now its operated by the Cabrelli family.

I'd love to see him do one of his challenge programs at City.

Complex task of balancing the requirements of the boardroom, the general fans and the City Square guys where he has to feed a big stadium.

City aside, it would make a cracking TV program that I'd watch. Also, better food at City can never be a bad thing
Now that would be fun to watch with Italians, Spanish, Arab, British influences in the boardroom

Come the summer he will be outside in the entertainment area doing a live cooking demo.

As long as we don't get prawn sandwiches !!!!!!
Whittingstall would be slaughtering his own cattle, sheep, pigs and fowl on City square then cooking it and serving it up whilst drinking pints, boy that bloke can drink
