Jan is another tough month.

Every month will be tough from here on. The way the table is you lose just a couple of games and you are struggling to keep up. We just need to keep on improving and hope we avoid further injuries.
Pretty much this, every month will be tough (February is probably the easiest atm with only Chelsea at home looking really difficult). We are on great form right now, just have to hope it keeps up and we don't suffer too many injuries to key players

lets see who spends big in the jan window Chelsea will def spend big on a new striker the rags will try and buy again and arsenal will probably spend as well, the season for a few teams could be decided on how they buy and injuries in jan/feb as the games will be thick and fast

The only one that worries me is Swansea. We have lost both games there the last 2 seasons. Seems to be an unlucky trip. They have been struggling at home this year so hopefully we can take advantage. West Ham at home should be no problem, even away I'm not too concerned. They just can't score enough to trouble us. Spurs has been poor at home and again they don't score many. Newcastle has been good this year though we always seem to do the double on them. I think we will be in 1st with a few points cushion.

An opportunity to banish those away day howlers once and for all and get to grips with winning the prem league.

I think we need to treat the fa cup the same way as the league cup this season and put the reserves out.

Reserves?

v. Wigan
Pants, Richards, Clichy,Boyata, Lescott, Milner, Ferna, Garcia, Lopes, Dzeko, Jovetic. Subs used - Yaya, Navas, Negredo

v.Newcastle
Pants, Richards, Boyata, Lescott, Kolarov, Rodwell, Garcia, Navas, Milner, Jovetic, Dzeko. Subs used - Zab, Silva, Negredo

v. Leicester
Hart, Zab, Lescott, Kompany, Kolarov, Milner, Garcia, Rodwell, Navas, Silva, Dzeko. Subs used - Boyata, Nasri

With the exception of 2 or 3 players each team is a b team

Yes, it looks a tough month on paper but the club needs to be pushing deep into all comps.
We have the squad to cope and I think that this team has turned the corner now. We have that winning mentality back and are doing the business. Just need to take each game one at a time and keep moving onward and upwards.

Newcastle away won't be easy. I know we have a very good record there in recent years but they are doing well this year and will be a real threat.

Cardiff will probably get their new manager in the week before they play us so again may not be easy, though if it is solksjaer would love to see us give them a proper hammering.
