Can't understand what lescott has done that warrants the lack of games?! Against the big powerful teams lescott should start every time. Merry Xmas to you all by the way!

Another player frozen out and given the cold shoulder for no reason at all, it has always been one of Mancini's weak points, his man management of players has a lot to be desired.

He'd be a perfect starter against Stoke and give Nasty a rest, he picked up a couple of knocks against Norwich and I don't think his game will suit Stoke.

Totally Dan. We need Joleons height and power against stoke but it seems strange that kolo got in ahead of him? Very very strange man-management by Mancini.

Yeah it's seems to work though even though I don't agree with his management of certain players, listened to Dzeko after the game he said he thought he wasn't playing until the team sheet went up! That's means he only new he was playing around 1 hour or so before the game :-/ it's Mancini style I don't agree with it and I think it does upset certain players but like I said it seems to work..

I believe he's been made the scapegoat for our display in Amsterdam, he took him off after they scored their second and he's not featured since?

Dzeko did brilliantly yesterday, and that is a mark of the mans substance as it was very obvious from his body language in the post match interview that he is not at all happy with his lot or the managers 'style'.

Dzeko tapped in two goals thanks to the work of the team and the team's playing style.

If he is unhappy he can leave, I am sure we could find someone else capable of taking chances such as those yesterday, for 20 odd million.

Yeah his body language was telling but bottom line Manchester city pay his wages and he should know now how Mancini works

I'm not debating Dzekos form or that of any of our players just the way in which Mancini communicates and interacts with his staff.

-- 30 Dec 2012 12:08 --
