In my opinion our next dealings, whether they be next in January or next summer, should be selling Lescott and getting a replacement, selling Garcia and getting a replacement and selling Kolarov and getting a replacement. I think they could all be replaced by better, younger players on less wages.

Mangala, Gundogan and Coentrao would be ideal :)

Although I don't know how that would leave us on the homegrown front.

We should cross the home-grown front when we get to that bridge. I'm sure we'll have enough EDS lads we can register. As you've pointed out, these are the players we urgently need to shift and there must be better, cheaper and younger alternatives out there.

Left back, and centre back are a must for replacement's and I would also add Dzeko to that list. By all accounts Mancini was going to bin him for Falcao and by the way he's tearing up France, we should have got him when he was available.

Falcao was not available to us for many reasons but mainly 3rd party owners.

But we need about CM, because we have only two good CM(Yaya, Ferna). Rodwell is injury prone, Javi not enough.

Yaya & Ferna will be exploited. we don't have other option on CM role.

Who comes in will most likely depend on who goes out, plus after spending 90 odd million at the start of the season I doubt they'd be any major signings.

If Pelle doesn't fancy Lescott then we could consider selling him whilst we can still get a fee.

Obviously we would need to be sure of cover, whether from within or without the club.

ps. I'm a big fan of Lescott btw.
