I'd imagine that the BBC's HR team, like every other company's HR team in the UK spends a huge amount of time and money on DEI initiatives.

Most sensible commentators and employees regard these as woke nonsense and something to be endured rather than embraced.

I've seen him on bullards golf channel, which is usually good entertainment, Jimmy is a great lad, full of energy and enthusiasm and a bloody good golfer. But jenas came across as a bit of a prick.
