Jerome Boateng - Boo or Clap

He is a young player in development - has stayed at ManCity with 21... What do you expect of a 21-year-old player in a new league that even was injured half of the time? He would have needed a lot more time - but decided to end it and go back.

A new team, a new league, a new language, a new life - we just watch a couple of last years young talents struggling in their new clubs in Germany - they all need their time (and they just changed the club in Bundesliga).

At Boateng I have the feeling that he might have it all - but he still is not really grown up totally, still is somewhere in between puberty. And he is fast - but I do not know if he is as fast in thinking.

His main problem is he is a defender that is too scared to tackle

I dont hold anything against him. It didnt work out for him. If he'd stayed longer it might have, but he was a young player in a foreign country so that much harder.

Think he'll be a class defender in time.

Came to us too early in career and heart was not in it but at least we got our money back.

Will neither boo nor clap.
