Playing at full back the game seems to pass him by and he doesn't seem too commited to the cause. He looked decent today though, i doubt he would keep kolo out of the team mancini loves him

He usually looks very laid back as if he hasn't a care in the world but against N County he was a lot sharper and quicker to contest for the ball when it was there to be won. Even whinging at the officials shows he cares ;)

Yeah, we should forget the idea of playing him as a full-back. The reason he looked so much more comfortable in that position for the German national team than for us is probably because of how solid and disciplined a unit they are, he was less exposed. He's a great young centre half and that's where he should play. I can see a lot of good years ahead for the Vince-Jerome partnership.

I must admit i have not been convinced with his performances at full back this season.However yesterday he looked very good at centre half.I'd expect kolo to come back in alongside Vinny when he's fit,but Boateng is definitely an option worth considering for the future.

Kolo has no right being in the first team and Boateng is a better CB already.
