For unkown reason, he is out of the coverage area for Pep.
He seems to me like the most obvious/ best choice to replace Mahrez & his club is willing to get rid of him but for some reason there is zero interest from Pep.

When are people going to learn with this fella. He ain't good enough at the top level. Literally not progressed in the past several seasons.
