Jo - still no buyer

Talk about a depreciating asset! £5m!!!
=============================

Manchester City are talking to Real Sociedad about the sale of one-time record signing Jo.

The Blues splashed out around £18million for the Brazilian back in summer 2008, but he never settled at Eastlands and has since been on loan spells at Everton and Galatasaray.

However, Spanish outfit Sociedad are only prepared to pay half of the £5m City want.

Probably the worst signing ever!! £18m and pure dog shite!!
he was nowhere near 18m, that figure was based on if he playes so many games and scored so many goals.....I somewhat doubt he has hit either, the base signing was something like 6m(still not great, but he is no RSC!).

i think rcs is a good player when hes not injured sure he wasn't worth 17.5 mill but he wasn't as big of a ripoff as Jo

i disagree joe has twice the ability santa cruz has all santa cruz can do is head the ball jo has the ability but not the workrate and is to easily brushed of i wud say jo is the slightly better player but neither are good enough for the premier league but in inferior leagues they cud do a job.

People we haven't paid £18m for him, apparently so far we've only paid £4million for him, which is about what he's worth.
