Jo Swinson

Well it was me she was running to in the wheat field

Sucks like a Dyson does our Theresa

Lol - my Dyson is about to go the tip as it refuses to suck for more than a few seconds. Considering it cost about £300 a few years back I fucking hate the thing. Absolute shit.

Couldn't agree more, we had one, it weighed about as much as a medium family saloon, so if it had
lasted longer than about 12 months, the Mrs would have had arms like Popeye, plus it sucked like a timid pornstar.
Got a Shark now, miles, miles better than Dyson shit.

Have been looking at the sharks. Its between another ~£300k cordless or a £40 builders vac that takes bags. The builders vac is functionally 10x better but they are big, heavy and ugly.

Can't remember what our model is mate, but it's an upright about the same size as the Dyson was, probably
the most common model? Anyway, it's much lighter and better, but those old Henry hoovers can still be obtained,
refurbished, my daughter's just got one, and they've always been brilliant.

According to Lib/Dem literature, pushed through my letter box, she is going to be the next Prime Minister.

Laughable seeing how the Lib/Dem's currently have 19 seats of which only 12 were by elections, the rest are defections from other parties.

They have jumped on the "Remain" band wagon to try and pick up votes from other party's , I suspect they hope from Labour more than Conservative.

I think you have to qualify what a "win" looks like from a LibDem perspective. They've been in the political wilderness ever since the pact with the Tories and it's donkeys years since they have a large number of MPs.

By taking the line Swinson is taking, she has a very real prospect of ending up (IMO) with 50, 60, 70 MPs - which would be a fantastic achievement for them. And she could very possibly end up being king maker to any future government, calling plenty of shots.

She's dead right to be playing it as she is, IMO.

Yes but how dare she try and be successful as it’ll be Jez won’t get in?

Only a fringe element wants Jez - sorry "Marxist Corbyn" - to win, so no harm done. Even his own MPs don't want him to be PM.

I was doing the online Corbynite rhetoric.

They’re absolutely furious the LibDems are trying to win seats.

Not going to get anywhere near 50 seats. A general election is where people vote for the party they think will benefit them the most and revert back to their normal voting pattern.

I do not think that we Bluemooners represent a cross section of the British public. That vote just represents that a lot on here are from Northern working class backgrounds.

Let's hope so. What a disaster in waiting.

He must be one of the least electable potential PM we have ever had put in front of us.
He most certainly is that. And the most polarising.

Those with no experience, no money or no sense tend to think he's marvellous. The rest of the human race see him for the odious, two-faced, lying, spineless, opportunistic, principle-less, dangerous piece of detritus ever to soil British politics, that he is.

Enough about Boris, what’s your opinion of Corbyn?
