I doubt it. It’s probably more case of the Saudi side trying to agree everything with the player.

I’m confident city and the Saudi side would have talked and both sides know what offer would be forthcoming once player is on board.

But it sounds as if Barca have lost interest, he knows and his last exit now is Al Hilal. He will survive 3 years and return even richer.
