Read it a few months back and it is unbelievable how he got away with it. I would ask for two death certificates just to be on the safe side.Am halfway through Andrew Jennings' book on the corruption in FIFA and Havalange features heavily right front the start (and as you will imagine, the list is long!).
It really is a must read and I strongly recommend you get hold of a copy.
