And any "story" that is about to come out would have, unless there is some sort of injunction in place.

Along with Nasri and Ya ya too. A lot of egg breaking over a short space of time. Can't help thinking that this is not just a football related matter but also a purge by the Manager of perceived trouble makers within the camp.

But this is my point, Hart, to my knowledge, has never done anything to imply he's not been professional. I honestly think a lot of blues have an overinflated perception of Joe's ability because he's a true blue. He's a good keeper but not world class. Equally he's a liability in a Pep system. Hence why Pep wants to bring in someone else. It's really as simple as that in my mind but I'm happy to stand corrected if these issues are brought to light after his transfer.

Yup it's what they are paid to do,although only 1 can win the golden glove, which he has 4 times in last 7 seasons
Let's see how many times he wins it at Everton.

And how many his replacement(s) win here over the same period.

No that's the nuts and bolts of it.

There may be ancillary stuff about, but you e nailed the football reasons.

I don't know why there's so much debate over Hart here. Firstly he's city through and through and I don't think anyone should be criticising his commitment to the team because it's always been there. He's a top keeper, not in the top 5 in the world unlike Bravo, but he's very good. He's been at the club 10 years too so does deserve to be treated with respect.

However his style doesn't suit Pep's system. For whatever reason Pep feels it is a better decision to get rid and bring in someone else than try and mould Hart into the keeper he wants. People may have a difference of opinion on whether Hart can be that keeper but personally I don't think he can and I'd rather not waste time trying; distribution and coming out has always been one of his weaknesses. Either way it seems Pep has made the decision and we have to back him and the club.

Pep was always going to break a few eggs, seems like Joe is the first.

I'm being serious here - was going out vs. Arsenal and ignoring the new manage not a massive fuck you to the team?

There were 11 players on the pitch, 10 of whom were busting a gut trying to do what pep said, putting in a lot of extra hard work pressing and closing down, blood sweat and tears for the benefit of the team. Some playing in completely new positions, and clearly uncomfortable and having a hard time. They still did it though, because they know Pep will make the team better, and their individual sacrifices will elevate the collective.

And then there was 1 guy who ignored all of that and decided to play his normal game. He made sure he didn't get made to look silly like Caballero, playing out from the back despite not being a natural at it - Joe just punted it into touch instead, or had Aguero trying to win aerial duels.

Is that commitment to the team?

Is that loyalty from the clubs longest serving player?

An average keeper ????? Fuck me that's a bit harsh,in fact no, that is a fucking diabolical statement, your fairly respected on here with your kid,but you will lose groupies on here with statements like that, totally dissing him, because there is some shit to come out......spill the beans then to make people look at him differently

Aye?? Groupies? My god, if you believe someone is on here for a popularity contest then you're sadly mistaken (Gordan aside)...

So I'm to change my opinion based on becoming a pariah?

It's an opinion, shared with two previous managers and the current incumbent, does it make us right? Not at all, but I'm entitled to my opinion, as are you... Diabolical would be me saying he's shite, he's not, clearly... However, he is flawed and it's beginning to be exposed by coaches!!
