Total respect for Hart and if he goes I wish him all the best . If you appoint a manager of the calibre of Pep then if he wants a new keeper you get him one . One of pisscans greatest strengths was his ruthlesness in knowing when to get rid of players and showing no sentiment when dealing with it .

There is never a good way to sack someone, especially in football. However, to be fair, we aren't just 'not good' at it, we're pretty shite.As opposed to every other team and their managerial sackings which culminated in a mutual wanking session?

Quite a few games to counterbalance those performances.
Golden gloves mean nothing. As has been pointed out with a good defence you can still keep a clean sheet as a goalie by doing nothing.
Regarding England he never had a lot to do but Scotland at Wembley , Sweden away and Euro 2016 are performances that spring to mind.
So successive City managers and successive England managers have all been duped then and Hart was in fact shit all along?! Thanks for clearing that up. I've no great issue with Pep wanting a goalkeeper that suits his preferred style of play, but the pretence on here that Hart's a shit keeper is fucking laughable

Who knows Pep's intentions, but I'd imagine Bravo isn't his end game. I'd think he will be number 1 until he gets a younger keeper then become our number 2.Barcelona accepted a £21 million bid for Bravo, 4 year deal... Won't he be 38 then?!

For Hart, with @mattyb post today and many reports telling pep has been looking for a while. I hope city don't drag this and are honest with him, that he is not needed, so he can move on.
From my perspective my channels are pretty dry at the moment for info. If the club are handling any transfers, all the media and PR are is being handled internally.
When Sane was outsourced, I could tell that we had a glut of transfers lined up, due to the fact that they had to put the media work out to an agents.
I just don't see where Hart can move to this window. It would have to be a loan somewhere for me if anything

At this stage, I would like to mention in dispatches, former poster, Mancio.
He did try to tell us all those years back!
Nothing wrong with fans getting emotional. Hart has been a constant for the last 6 years so yeah it would be surprising if some weren't upset by it.
I'm not a huge Hart fan and see what Pep is trying to do but it's still a shame.

There hasn't been an English keeper in a top class side for a long time. The last I can recall was Seaman, and even then Arsenal weren't conquering Europe.
Joe's been very good as an English keeper, hence why he's been England's number 1, but that's in a demonstrably poor English side.
