That's half of his job. The other half is to not put it straight back in danger. If you can't see his flaws then that's not my problem.
I'd imagine keeping the ball out of the net is more than 50% of what you'd expect of a goalkeeper. I'd probably plump for it being around 85 to 95%, and then distribution could make up the rest.
 
Aww diddums. Bet some posters on here were crying when Joe made yet another worldy to yet again win his team a game.

This is a very interesting point. Is it fair to say that in an ever developing game, a modern keeper doesn't only have to be a good shot stopper? I would say yes. So question then is what sort of ratio do we expect them to be? And which other keepers in people opinion represent a better balance?
