Happy for Joe. He will be at a top 4 club next year... Or even Juventus.. Buffon is 38

Please don't say that, having a top GK after decades and lose him because moving to that *censored* team supported by those *censored* fans would be unacceptable. Imagine a City player you love moving from City to Utd and you will understand how it makes me feel bad just reading that.

I wonder years from now who will be more fondly remembered joe or pep? Worryingly at spuds pep showed very pellegriniesque tendancys, from choice of full backs to Fernando in midfield to the sane subsitiution. When pep leaves I would imagine his keeper will swiftly follow.

Great to see Joe in such fine form yesterday.
Who knows what the future brings for him and us but he showed yesterday what a class keeper he is.

Reading between the lines you would sacrifice Pep to have kept Joe

and that Pep realizes Hart is the far better shot stopper.

But he isn't.

I hope that they both are fondly remembered. But you seem to be suggesting that you think/wish Pep will not be a success and are prepared already to write him off as Peller's in disguise. I agree that his team selection and substitutions were not the best against Spuds but before you go comparing him to the last manager please wait to see if unlike Pellegrini the new man is actually capable of learning from his mistakes before passing judgement.

No i really hope peps legacy will be one of unprecedented success, I am just slightly concerned that what i would consider our first real test this season resulted in failure. Plenty of time to sort that out, the goalkeeper is a bigger concern, so far the jurys out on that one.

Going to Stoke not a real test?
Going to the swamp not a real test?

If we win stuff, BIG stuff, I suppose it can't be questioned even if CB does not impress.......early days but it looks like a cock-up waiting to happen at the moment whenever he has any time on the ball. Didn't agree with Hart out/Bravo in and doubt that I ever will but time will tell.....
