When was the last time Shay made a save? I can't remember one from last 4 games

The opposition have had 16 shots on target in the last 4 games, 3 goals conceded. Fletcher belted one into the top corner, Jerome scored a free header from somewhere around the 6 yard box, and Scholes placed his free header right into the corner.

Joe's not 12 months into a five year contract. He's going nowhere. Certainly would't loan him out for a season again as they can't be recalled under those deals. I think Shay may start as our number one next year. But Joe may end the season in top spot

the thing that pisses me off with Given is his frantic way of doing things, his flapping at crosses, his lack of communication, the desperate style he saves shots in, his terrible distribution.

Joe can come back and be number 1 imo.

All of them, Shay is part of the defence, however if a shot is blocked by a defender other than the keeper i don't think it's counted as a shot on target.

Arsenal would be a dream move for Joe I think. I would be sad to see him go but he's not gonna play in our line up next season or the season after that. No need to point out perks playing regularly in Arsenal's team and I think it's too hard to turn down if Arsenal come for him. I mean, if I were Joe would I want to sit on the bench possibly two seasons in City or go Arsenal, a title challenging squad, and be first choice. No brainer really.

Something tells me Mancini doesn't have complete faith in Given since he arrived at the club.
Maybe Bobby can see the potential of bringing hart back but still as understudy just not to shay given.

I have the same feeling. I've no problem with him but the way Bobbys been praising Joey makes me think he'll get rid of Shay in the summer, maybe get another experienced Italian keeper as back up for harty.

I keep hearing persisiting rumours Shays going to Celtic.

Its a tough one, if he's not our number 1 next season, i can see us loosing him.

With the elvel he's already at, the rate he's progressing and the potential he has... i'm leaning towards Hart being our number one next season, its makes sense long term imo.
