Joe Hart

Should have had a defender on one or both posts to make the goal smaller. Player on the post would have stopped the goal for sure.Even if it gets laid off, they can run off the posts and attempted a block. It really was a bad day to have a bad day for hart.

Put a defender on the goal-line when defending a free-kick? This isn't Fifa. For one, he would only end up obstructing the keeper and causing confusion, not to mention the fact he would also be playing every single attacker onside, leaving them free to move when and where they want.

Not one of his better performances but then again we hardly ever see a bad one. He will be the first to admit he should have come off his line better for Clichy but can't be blamed by Mancini as the reason why we lost surely?

The winning goal was just a catologue of unfortunate errors. Hart should have come off his line, Clichy should have kicked it out for a throw-in. Then the "foul" where Tevez hardly touched Rafael.

It's a 'keepers choice to make the wall, despite the manager shouting from the touchline and maybe Tevez shouldn't have moved and Nasri should have done much better as without the unfortunate deflection I reckon Joe would have saved that easily.

The second was poor defending but maybe he should have saved it who knows? and the first did look a bit soft but maybe he was wrong footed?

Anyway a great performance from City, we were just unlucky on the day, ignore Baconchop's bulls**t about them being the best team over 90 minutes.

We'll bounce back. Still England's number one team and Joe England's number one 'keeper.

I reckon that with any other keeper in the prem (and probably world bar perhaps Casillas) instead of Joe, the ribbons on the trophy would be a different colour

Just Brilliant. You're right without him last season would have had a different outcome. Now we need to put the Derby behind us and show some support for Joe if we want to hang on to him.
