Joe Hart

I wish him nothing but the best, but ultimately Pep did make the right call, as sad as it was for Joe and us fans.
The only call pep took was that joe is a traditional english keeper and he wanted a sweeper for the style he needed , it was never about whether he was a good keeper or not and the stuff some blues came out with were disgusting

I never said he wasn't a good keeper.

Bugger me you like an argument you don't you.

I would argue that his best performance was on the opening day of the 2010/11 season at Spurs. He was phenomenal, though I agree that he was outstanding against Dortmund too.

I think the best save i saw him make was against Swansea:

I remember him making a brilliant one away against Portsmouth but can’t find a video anywhere. Think it was before he went on loan at Birmingham.

Top player for us at his peak, glad to see him enjoying his footy again.

joe hart was never going to fit into pep plans and he knew what was coming. but joe was professional enough to know how football works and changes by new managers happen. it must have hurt for joe to be told he is not in pep plans and he wanted a keeper that plays from the back and it was just not joe's game.

bravo was a very big call and had a bad seasons with the old style fullbacks we had ? it just was all over the place at times and many mistakes but in the end ederson was the right signing and bravo played in the cups

joe hurt won 4 golden gloves at manchester city so he was a world class keeper and a big part of the club.
sadly his heart was ripped out of him after city and where do you go after the dream job of being number 1 at manchester city and england's

so happy for joe at celtic and lets hope he can add more silverware and titles and i hope he is part of the city team for this testimonial game for silva or aguero in the summer

I'll be very happy if this the beginning of a decent second wind for him, easy to forget he's still got a good few years left in him. I know some people thought he played the billy big bollocks sometimes but I thought the way he handled himself re. Pep and his willingness to try new things like going to Torino and persisting after various setbacks was a credit to him. His lone aeroplane celebration is nearly as iconic an image as Sergio wheeling away with his shirt over his head.

He was great for us, always remember that crucial save he made from Naismith at Goodison when we went on to win the league

Why on earth did we have Demichelis, Kompany and Mangala there
