Joey Barton using his spare time to good effect....

when i did my unpaid work of 150 hrs,, it was great.. sundays we played 5 a side all day,, i was out for 7 hours and got home knackered.. its not really a punnishment, but if anyone wants 25 sundays away from the nagging mrs ,, do a nasty and get some new 5 a side trainers..

The Joey Barton PR machine in full effect again.

Theres only so many times someone can cry wolf.

I remember the days when we thought he can match Steven Gerard in the midfield position. It is a shame what has happened to him.

Nevertheless, despite all this rubbish, I would have him back in a year's time. He is an excellent football player once he puts his head down and does the work. I love his passion aswell. It is a real shame that he left city like that and his career turned to what it is right now. It is his own making and if one day he clears things up I think we should welcome him back.

:)
