Joey Barton

Every time I see this thread bumped I hope to enter and find an article indicating he’s decided to move to Hungary where he’ll truly be valued and respected.

And each time I am sorely disappointed.

I know he’s not everyone’s cup of tea (putting it nicely) but I’ve just watched his podcast with Chappie, which I enjoyed.
So thought I’d give it a share.

*disclaimer I’m not forcing you to watch it ; )

Comes across well.

Just a shame he’s promoted his podcast by being a utter utter prick on social media.

Funny thing is, that the bloke has completely torpedoed his reputation (or what he had left of his reputation) for a little bit of attention for his podcast, and by episode 9 he has the big hitting interview of the ex kitman at one of his old clubs.

Who will he have by episode 25? An Uber driver he once used? The bloke from his local Shell garage?

Was it all worth it Joey?!!

Does Chappie mention Mancini not saying good morning to everyone?
He does : )
He glosses over Mancini abit to be fair, he says something like “I didn’t like the man and I’ll leave it at that”
He does talk about other managers in more depth but has probably realised a lot of Blues didn’t take too kindly to him slagging off Mancini so he doesn’t go too deep.

He’s gained a whole new audience it seems with his ‘views’

Same thing with TalkTV. Made this big splash about how they were gonna represent "true impartiality" or whatever the fuck, only for nobody to give a shit within six months of it starting. Once had to watch Piers Morgan interviewing fucking Mickey Rourke and it was like drawing blood from a stone. And I see it's been taken off air completely after Morgan distanced himself in March, and it's going to streaming only. Cranks and grifters the lot of them.
