Everyone will voice concerns and fears and warn of the possible consequences of doing such. The family will post pictures of them cuddling the gorilla and saying how gentle it now is and even though deep down it is a wild animal they trust it implicitly.

Fast forward a few months to the headlines.....

"Pet gorilla goes berserk and massacres family in own home!"

When you see an appointment like that, you can understand the complaints from Ince and Campbell about the lack of opportunities for black coaches. What managerial/coaching experience does "thanks" have?
