Joey Barton

Maybe the opinion he could have stated is that the club City was when he left was a club that put up up with his criminal behaviour until he informed them that he was going to a bigger club in Newcastle. He rewarded the club's loyalty by a criticism of the manager and the chairman in an interview on GMR which was little more than a carping whine and then left - to go to Tyneside via prison. He's now trying to continue his disgruntled vendetta because his timing was so awry and should have tried to conceal it by giving it in that pathetic French accent of his. His behaviour to this club (and most others) is disgraceful, he doesn't have a right to an opinion on Joe Hart or Pep Guardiola and any organisation which pays him to give one really does need medical help.

Bravo

He's a fucking whopper. An aggressive and self opinionated fucking scally. Honestly liked him at the time, but a cunts a ****.

I don't think he was given much of a choice when he left! We binned him off

So -let's ignore Mr Bartons past. Clearly he is a knob. But in this case he expressed an opinion - probably related to the fact he is being paid to - let me think - oh yeah, express an opinion. And because it was negative to City's management he isn't allowed to have it? Maybe he should have said "I have no opinion on the subject however please can I get paid still for expressing no opinion?" that would have got the listeners ringing in to agree/disagree and the advertisers paying more as the listening figures continued to increase. In my opinion Pep is a muppet for playing Cab over Hart - even if he wants Hart out it makes more sense to play him until he finds a replacement. What if we draw cos of Cabs and at the end of the season lose the league by a point - great decision then. Unless he is trying to make a statement or indeed Joe is doing something behind the scenes we don't know. If it is a football decision then he clearly does not know a good goalkeeper from a bad one. Everyone had a blind spot - that would be his

And what if the save Cabalero made against Sunderland saves us two points which we win the league by? Who's to say Joe would have got to it? The treatment of Joe Hart is fine. He's been dropped after a poor run of form and conceding three from three shots in a friendly. If you want to look at poor treatment of players look just over the city borders.

Footballers are so precious, I actually think if they lived in the real world they'd have killed themselves at the age of 23.....

10 years at the club, last 4 years on £100,000+...... yep no common human decency at all to Hart!!

Fucking arse clown!

I expect he will be on again discussing Joe Allen finding out he'd been sold via a congratulatory text message from a mate of his, whilst he was on holiday. Apparently he didn't know he was for sale, let alone he'd been sold to Stoke. I would also imagine the story will feature prominently on the tv outlets tomorrow..............

Now he's had a go at Brendan Rogers, which is fine as he's a public figure. But he seems to be making it personal. Can't think of any history between the two of them. But there's a simple way to get him out the limelight, and that's by not buying the newspapers he "writes" for or the radio stations or any other media outlet he appears on. But most won't do that, they'd rather listen to him the moan on social media. There's an argument we get the press we deserve

Surely he has to agree to the sale. He can't just be sold off without his knowledge or consent.

It fucking kills me to even post on this as it puts his name higher up the forum, but why the hell would you give what he says the time of day?

Ignore his shite and it will fade away. Mentioning his shite in any way just perpetuates his relevance.
