When you see Rooney and co telling refs and linesmen to fuck off, literally screaming abuse into their faces. You have to wonder at the mentality of the people running the game that they think taking your shirt off is a worse offence.
I would imagine it has something to do with complaints by the shirt sponsors. Money as always, the deciding factor.
