I agree he was the 35th president of the USA so why here? There's a reason though why it might not be in the political thread.

Maybe he's being exhumed and then transferred to the morgue for a 2nd opinion, gotta admit it did look obvious through the lens first time but I guess they've gotta make sure.

After all it's clear to see that he's showing at least as much cognitive function as Joe Biden right now.
