Didnt see it mate, stayed on the lash after the game, so only got home at about 12. I'll lookout for him now you ve mentioned it, they are still out there then, the bargains. Since ive been watching the blues, (1983), i would say the best bargain was Rosler, and he was adored by most blues, From what i can remember, he cost around 750k. Paul Stewart was another.
Paul Stewart was one of my favourite City strikers, after Brian Kidd. I missed Rosler and Kinky as I was over in the USA for most of those seasons and without much television (and no internet coverage) either. Oh bum!
