We were probably playing Coventry .....

the actor who plays him , Graeme Hawley , does live in Manchester , but was born in the Coventry area , and is a lifelong Coventry City fan ... he still attends every home game.

He lives in Chorlton I think, my mates missus saw him DJing in a bar there a month or so ago.

The actor who plays stape was also in Emmerdale a few years back,probably why he was at the game with Cain Dingle.Suprisingly he lives in Levenshulme,maybe living in a City stronghold has helped him to see choose wisely.
 
pffft, my dad fell further than that through a warehose roof in trafford park in 1990. he still drove me to wembley for the semi final in april. he puts it down to being a goalie when he was younger so he knew how to land. maybe stape was a bit of a cat between the sticks.
