We need better defensive scouts. Every year were buying a new defender. How on earth are we meant to build a partnership at the back when we just get rid of them after 1-2 seasons.Who the fuck scouted Mangala. If we are releasing him that is one almighty fuck up. Did he not cost around 40 million.

There's been nothing wrong with the scouting on that regard, more the inept coaching of the defence as a whole....

Fair enough, not going to give him any chance at all then? Doomed from the start?
I think he showed promise and then had a terrible season this year but that is down to Martinez as much as anything else.
