I enjoy a bit of banter and piss taking so I`m definitely not getting upset by your remarks.But yet you continue with balding piss taking on top of my age and disability.I know how Mr Stirling must feel when reading the Sun. ;) By the way you`ve not mentioned my eyesight,my porkiness,my skin colour or my genitalia.You might as well finish it orf matey. ;)
 
Too expensive and not worth it imo.


I think we had the best defence record in the League for few seasons when we had Kompany & Lescott !

So sometimes its all about the system and organization of the team and not the ability of CBs only.
 
I think 35MIL with the season he has had plus add ons is doable. Remember last season stones was pictured as a beast and had a great season hence turning down 38m. This season he appeared to be turds so value may have dropped significantly?

I know he's comfortable on the ball, almost foolish at times IIRC, but what's his pace like as that's the most important asset for a centre half.

Genuine question because I can't say I've noticed. Nastasic was a great ball player, but dived in too much and had little pace or aerial prowess so was soon found out.

I'm open about this guy and hope if you do buy him he's more Bobby Moore than More Bobbins.
 
I'd have him, the issue won't be his ability it will be the transfer fee that will be a prerequisite for any journalist, talhshite, MOTD pundit or 5live commentator to mention every time he makes the slightest mistake which as a 21 yr old at a high profile club as he is bound to do...a la Sterling.

Imagine if Stones had played in the Euros and had a performance like Denayer had against Wales. This thread would blow up.

Yet no one knew how good Denayer was in the first place,but lets chuck him in.Fuckin unreal isn't it.
 
Denayer been farmed out on loan last 2 seasons to 2 pub leagues and done ok.

Imagine demichallis or mangala or otemendi in turkey or for Celtic.

They would look world class ffs

Not knocking the lad but people saying he's better then stones need to wake up.
Yes we all want our youth and ed's players to break through but they've got to be good enough.

Stones is class and will be our future captain.

Denayer end up playing for Cardiff or psv or someone

Stones has been shit for most of the season, you can't compare the two until denayer has a season at city.
 
He wanted to leave last season and mind wasn't on it, he was played at RB a lot he's team had their worst ever season he's Manager lost the plot and ended up sacked.

No really surprise to me he had a poor season but season before he was fantastic and courted by all the big teams.

Still courted by all the big teams now.

Who's courting denayer just a bunch of our fans with a hard on for youth players coming through
