Spot on...he is an idiot. Having just watched the Stones interview it is clear that he was really excited and almost couldn't believe his luck to be joining City under Pep...he genuinely couldn't wait to get started.

My Everton mates genuinely believed he was gonna move on anyway and have just accepted it.

Is he guilty of 'overplaying' at the back?

Why was Guardiola desperate to sign him?

Is Stones really worth nearly £50m?

Will move help cement England spot?

Why didn't Chelsea or Man Utd try to sign him?
