Is anyone suprised now in hindsight why John Terry turned us down when Hughes was after him-wed be the ones with a split dressing room!

If bridge got the chance to 'do' terry, i wouldn't blame him. If he got sent off and we lost because of it, i wouldn't be as bothered. I would be more disappointed if he bottled out of a chance to nail him.

But i suppose, that would be walking into the medias and the FA's hands.

I don't believe for one minute that Terry only started the affair after Bridge and his girlfriend split up - my guess is that he was knobbing her when she was still with Bridge. And even if it did only happen once the two had split, it would still have been a real choker for Bridge - this is a woman who he went out with for a few years and is the mother of his child so it was hardly a passing romance. There's an unwritten rule that you don't go shitting in your own backyard - I wouldn't dream of knobbing a mate's bird or ex-bird and neither would most other people for that matter.

exactly right, bridge may have wanted to get back with her, for the sake of the child..how can that happen when a so called mate takes advantage of the situation, terrys fcked a few lives up for his own gratification..so that makes him a piece of shit in my book, he should have steered clear and let them work out their problems.

the only reason that i've seen for the split between bridge and vanessa p was that she didn't want to move up north. so what was going to happen if/when bridge stops playing for mcfc? would they have gotten back together if he moved back? not now i suppose. secondly, i read somewhere that 'team terry' has said that John terry is disappointed about the timing of all this before the game saturday and doesn't think its right. is this guy for real? he wants all of us to think hes the victim?
