If there are any joiners amongst I’d be very grateful for a it of advice and maybe can offer some work.

We’re looking to install spindles in our staircase which currently has three panels where we’d like the spindles to go.

Had a quote which seems very high and I’d love to run it past a fellow Blue for either confirmation of the price/laugh it out of town.

We’re in Alkrington and would really appreciate a discussion with someone with a bit of expertise.

Cheers in advance.

got all our stuff from a place in bolton,il try to find the place through google, great prices, you will need the wood that lines the top and bottom so the spindles sit in the cavity then you put the spacer in and fit the next one and so on,regs say so far apart so a babys head cant get through, its dead easy to do,i pined the spindles and glued them, if your bad at mitre cuts like me just get some sawdust mix with the glue and its a great filler

Cheers mate.

I have done a little bit of reading up and watched a few tutorials and without wishing to disrespect any actual skilled joiners, I am tempted to have a go myself after the price I was quoted!
