Imagine if you're a parent and your daughter brought him home.

But also imagine if your son was violently attacked because people on the internet are using his picture as the sadistic child killer Jon Venables. I remember the last time he was "outed" on the net, it turned out it wasn't him.

I have mixed feelings about this .if i was a parent of the victim i would almost certainly want revenge .but on the other hand he has served his time for that particular crime(many will say it was not long enough) & should return to a normal society as do thousands of other released offenders ,also with putting the photo out there could be a case of mistaken idendity .Some will say he had his chance & blown it big style so deserves what he gets

There are reports in the press stating a website have released information regarding his whereabouts before arrest and new identity. There is also an apparently recent photo of him.

I won't post the details here, although I'm sure I should be ok posting links to other sites. I'm sure the mods will remove thread if they feel it's risky.

Search google for "chris uk org jon venables" although the site is currently down, you can see info in the results.

Anyone reading that facebook site is getting a glimpse, but only a mere glipse, of what awaits us if civilization ever collapses.

Who the fuck are these people to decide what does and doesn't get disseminated into the public arena?

That is what we have the legal system and parliament for. They should be identified and punished to the full extent the law will allow.

Jounalists would have long known who he is, for the sun to run with the story that he has been outted on a website knowing full well everyone would have gone out and googled it, I have a sneaky feeling they wiould have done it full well knowing that it was him, plus the information does pretty much well tie up with everything else that has been released into the public domain with him.

If you take someones life you don't deserve to live yours. If it was me I would still have capital punishment

I would fucking hate to be late twenties, shortish hair with a slight scouse accent at anytime but with mob mentality using the internet it must be fucking terrible.

If you go on to the website, the stuff they put on there ties in with the stuff the police have released, so the police is who?

The papers have long said they know who it is, doesnt take much for one of them to send the details to a website willing to publish the details

Id be pretty confident it is him. Cant be too many people whos details tie in exactly with his? Young scouser in and out of prision....oh wait
