Give a young lad lots of money and its asking for trouble, it all depends on who is around teaching, helping, supporting. The younger ones on here probably wont know but Giggs got into trouble at times when he was young so people can turn things round.
 
Must be hard though earning that type of money at a young age, watching your mates go out on the town while your injuryed long term bored out of your head playing computer games all day every day.

he's been unable to train properly so he is a bit overweight and also barely a few months after getting back into full training he suffered his knee injury.

He's got a long way to go yet and he's got to stay fit and be determined but he can come back, at least to a level where he can make a decent career somewhere else.

I doubt he'll be the same player he was when he was first injured.
 
I'm really looking forward to see what a player of his type can add to this team, hope it's Johnno and he grabs his chance!

You're a fucking wanker for a start, and secondly he's on nothing close to 50,000.

You call a City player who has been the unluckiest I've ever seen with injuries (up there with Lakey) who is widely acknowledged as the most talented of all the Academy graduates a kunt because he went out for a few nights? You're a fucking disgrace.

Also, he isn't out in town every weekend, or every other weekend. Unlike you who come on here and make shit up about him (that we have caught you out on several times in the past), those of us who do know him know that he is NOTHING like what you portray and you, and your ilk, are fucking him up mentally to the point of where he will develop fucking agrophobia or something. Seriously, you need to shut the fuck up, you haven't got a fucking clue and you lie through your back teeth.

Well said Damocles. Chazmcfc you stupid man, Jonno didn't go out there and deliberately get himself injured. The lad worked hard to get into the first team and has been unlucky with injuries.

He is a good lad, a great ambassador for the club 99.9% of the time. So, like many another young lad, he got involved in a minor incident and you are condemning him as if he had done a Joey Barton. Jonno is working hard to get himself fit for the new season, give the lad some encouragement instead of running him down.

why do people make so much of him carrying a couple of stone at the moment?

once back in training, this will fall off him. it's not like he can do a 'hatton' as the football season doesn't have the breaks in it either.
