On one level it's irritating that this season's derbies have given no mark tossers like Evans the opportunity to crow over us and generally show themselves up as smug, arrogant and unpleasant.

Evans isn't a bad defender but lets face it he's hardly played a huge number of games in the premiership for us to compare him to Toure and Lescott who have performed very well in two good sides for a number of seasons
