Evans not as bad as what some people are making out though. To say he is a dreadful player is laughable. West Brom's best player last year and one of best CB outside of the top 10.

I think that is not a tactic of the side at all. The team, particularly with three at the back, is more likely to score when the opposition tires and fails to control the space. It happened at Bayern and is similar here. Great bet next year level half time - city full time.
