Tevez was a RAG he won the champions league with them and the league etc. we have signed ex scum players over the years ever since I've been following City so What's the difference with Evans? Tbh I don't really think he's good enough to play for us but if he comes we have to back him all the way as he will be a part of our Club. The fee represented fair and proper value in relation to the talent and age of the player

Weren't a horrible **** like Neville or Rooney e.g. The ****iness outweighing the talent

Now all I'm saying is regardless of who Evans played for, the fee is disproportionate because of his age and quality. If it was say.. 10m I'd have no issue but it's a panic buy and the price is fucking ridiculous for someone who will rot on the bench and be a nightmare to shift in 18 months time
