Apparently Tolmie's moving house today. I don't think he's spending the morning at his solicitors signing a contract. 90% of the paperwork for most transfer deals must be capable of being done well in advance, just a case of the clubs submitting the paperwork to the PL when its finally agreed. It should really be only those deals that genuinely come out of the blue that are difficult to process.
