Jorginho

At least we will have a low net spend for a change, especially if we sell Zinchenko for around £20m. Then net spend would be around £10m.

Can see this Jorginho being another Sanchez not wanting to go there but being pushed to do so.
Imagine thinking this.

Living in London, earning millions, and playing for your previous boss whose football style you like.

What a fucking sad thing to be pushed into and become sulky like Sanchez eh?

Not so sure. Money is a factor here but London is a huge appeal to some people. Sure Zola did his bit too selling it to Jorginho: ‘London’s one of the worlds great cities’ blah blah

The thing is we are now in a good position again, we make sure we are leading or within chasing distance of the title in January, see where we do need an upgrade and get one, like the Laporte deal, sometimes it's better to sit knowing the funds are there in case a good deal pops up somewhere. Only takes a player at one of the other CFG teams to have an absolute standout season somewhere and we grab them in January.

Not if Foden getting more game time is the alternative.

Laporte is technically a signing for this season as well.

Our squad is still more than good enough to win the league.

certainly not denying that mate! i personally dont` always agree with the theory that we have a player who can fill in? every top business and club improve their squads on a yearly basis? we chased another DM/CM for a reason?
