He’d use the classic ‘Swales technique’. Just offer an awful lot more money than they’d ever ask for and it’s done, no problem.

We’ve not overpaid like the rags yet the results have justified Txiki’s approach. Most successful English team over the last 7 years and we’ve broken every record. Ditched those trying to hold us over a barrel but got the players Pep really wanted. What’s wrong with that?
