I think he hasn't managed a title winning side domestically for 6 years ( sacked 16 games into the next season which is a record I believe ) and has not been in a Chumps final for 11 years.

He is a mediocre manager at best and would have been sacked if City were stupid enough to appoint him as manager after Mancini was sacked without winning a trophy for us.
 
Does this mean no/reduced pay off from Spurs? So they will have some 'spare' cash? Oh fgs....

Not really, I'm not sure why anyone would want him at their club anymore. He's toxic, doesn't seem to be able to stay anywhere for long & for what he costs I'm not sure why he seems like a good option. Also his coat is from Matalan!

Let's just hope Roma haven't given him a long contract where he gets a massive pay off when they sack him after 18 months or less.
